TRANS - AUSTRALIA AIRLINES (TAA) FOKKER FRIENDSHIPS F27 - 6152

This is the story of the second delivery flight of the two TAA F27's VH-TQN and TQP, which were to be ferried across for Busy Bee Airlines, Oslo Norway. The aircraft were to be delivered to Norwich in England for checks and modifications to meet Busy Bee's specifications. The two aircraft which were to be ferried were scheduled to depart on the 28th June 1984.

Accepted by Trans-Australia Airlines at Amsterdam (Schiphol) - December 06, 1968

Entered onto the Australian Aircraft Register as VH-TQN - December 06, 1968

Registered to Australian National Airlines Commission, Melbourne

VH-TQP. Fokker F.27-6152 Friendship. c/n 10387. Named JOHN McKINLEY

VH-TQP's Technical Details:

Accepted by Trans-Australia Airlines at Amsterdam (Schiphol) - December 24, 1968

Entered onto the Australian Aircraft Register as VH-TQP - December 24, 1968

Registered to Australian National Airlines Commission, Melbourne

 

Ferry Flight Delivery Route:

Melbourne - Alice Springs - Broome - Denpasar - Singapore - Bangkok - Calcutta - Karachi - Bahrain - Luxor - Cairo - Athens - Milan - Norwich.

TAA Flight Crew:
